Abstract :
Diabetes mellitus DM is widely known as a disease that is closely related to food.
Intake of foods such as carbohydrates or sugar, protein, fat, and excessive energy
can be a risk factor for developing DM. Moringa leaves have anti-diabetic
properties because they contain zinc or a type of mineral that is very necessary for
insulin production. High levels of antioxidants in Moringa leaves can regenerate
body cells faster and healthier. The purpose of writing is to understand and apply
the Application of Moringa Leaf Decoction Against the Risk of Instability of Blood
Sugar Levels in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus. The data collection method for
preparing scientific writing is by direct observation and interviews. The results of
the author's application carried out the application of Moringa leaf decoction for
4 days with 1 meeting in 1 day. The results obtained after giving Moringa leaf
decoction. Actions that have been carried out for 4 consecutive days and
significantly decreased the client's glucose level on the third day, namely before
221 and after being given Moringa leaf decoction 220 mg/dl and the average per
day decreased by 90 mg/dl, on 05 ? 08 May 2023. It can be concluded that there is
no gap between theory and the results of the study, there is a significant effect of
the application of moringa leaf decoction on the instability of blood glucose levels.
