Abstract :
Non Hemorrhagic Stroke is a disorder of the central nervous system that causes neurological disorders suddenly. But more than that, this disease is caused by narrowing of blood vessels in the brain, which blocks or even stops blood flow and oxygen supply. The purpose of this writing is to provide nursing care for Mrs. E with physical mobility problems in the work area of Cikembar Health Center, Sukabumi Regency. When the study obtained data, the patient said the patient felt stiff and complained of weakness. So from the assessment of the data obtained, the author took her nursing diagnosis, namely physical mobility disorders. So that a nursing plan is enforced, namely physical exercise education. After 4 days, the patient's problem was partially resolved. The conclusion of this case study is that many nervous system disorders can cause disruption of daily activities.
