Abstract :
Mental health is where an individual's condition develops physically, mentally, spiritually
and socially in such a way that he realizes his abilities, can cope with pressure, work
effectively, and contributes to his society, but if the person's developmental conditions are
not suitable, then it is called a mental disorder. One of the symptoms that often appears is
auditory hallucinations which is one of the mental disorders that a person is unable to
distinguish between real life and fake life. In 2020, the West Java Health Office of people
with mental disorders reached 70%, the symptoms that often appear are auditory
hallucinations. Looking at the numbers from these data, non-pharmacological treatment is
needed, one of which is by means of Dhikr psychoreligious therapy. This research method
was carried out by observation and interviews, 1 participant was a client who experienced
sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations. This dhikr psychoreligious therapy
is carried out 1 time a day for 3 days with a duration of 10-20 minutes. The results of dhikr
psychoreligious therapy obtained the client's hallucinatory score decreased from the initial
score of 33 (Heavy) and the final score was obtained 18 (Medium). Based on these results,
it can be concluded that this dhikr psychoreligious therapy can reduce the signs and
symptoms of auditory hallucinations. The advice of the author of psychoreligious therapy
can be used as an application in reducing signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations
in patients who experience sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations.
