Abstract :
This research is motivated by parents and the school environment as one of the
factors that can influence parental participation in supporting school quality. The
purpose of this study was to determine the process of parental involvement in
supporting the quality of schools in PAUD SPS TP Edelweiss and to find out the
supporting factors and inhibiting factors for parental participation in supporting
the quality of schools in PAUD SPS TP Edelweiss. The method used in this research
is qualitative research with a case study approach. The sample in this study were
40 children aged 2-4 years who attended PAUD SPS TP Edelweiss. Techniques in
collecting data using observation/observations and interviews. The findings from
the research show that the process of parental involvement in supporting school
performance is very diverse including participating parents in the form of money,
participating in providing physical labor, participating in making moral
contributions in the form of advice, advice, advice, advice, etc
