Abstract :
PT. Astra International Tbk was established in Jakarta in 1957 as a public trade company named Astra International, Inc. In 1990, it had changed name into PT. Astra International Tbk in order to be the first publick offer to society, then it continued with stock listing at Indonesian Stock Exchange by applying ASII ticker. The research background is a decrease of company net profit from 2012-2015 period. The research aims to measure company finance work performance that is listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012-2015 period. Research method applied descriptive method. Secondary data applied literature study and company documentation. The research aims to know finance condition and finance work performance of PT. Astra International Tbk by applying method of return on investment and return on equity. Based on research result that is obtained by applying analysis technique of return on investment (ROI) and return on equity (ROE) shows that PT. Astra International Tbk is not quite good condition. Company has a decrease net profit so that it has impact to ROI and ROE counting.
