Numerical literacy ability is the ability to use various kinds of numbers and symbols related to basic mathematics as well as the ability to analyze information and solve problems in everyday life. Thus, numeracy literacy skills make a real contribution to social, economic and welfare growth for individuals or society. The purpose of this study was to describe students' numeracy literacy skills in class III number material at MI Ma'arif Cekok Ponorogo.
The type of research used in this research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. This research was carried out at MI Ma'arif Cekok Ponorogo in the 2021/2022 school year. The research was conducted in class III A MI Ma'arif Cekok Ponorogo with a total of 19 students. The research subjects selected were one representative student from the high category, one representative student from the medium category, and one student representative from the low category. The results of this study stated that subjects with high category could fulfill all indicators of numeracy literacy ability. Subjects in the moderate category were able to fulfill one indicator of numeracy literacy ability, namely the indicators: skills in interpreting the results of problem analysis to predict and make decisions. Subjects in the low category, the subject has not met the indicators of numeracy literacy ability.
