Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work ethic and work discipline
on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Slahung Ponorogo partially and simultaneously. The method
used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all
teachers who taught at SMAN 1 Slahung Ponorogo, totaling 48 teachers. Sampling was
determined by using non-probability f sampling with the technique taken, namely saturated
sampling (census). Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis and
hypotheses using test and test. The results of this study indicate that partially (1) the work
environment has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Slahung Ponorogo; (2)
Workfethic hasfa significant effectfon teacher performancefat SMAN 1 SlahungfPonorogo; (3)
Workfdiscipline hasfa significant effectfon teacher performancefat SMAN 1 Slahung Ponorogo.
Work environment, work ethic and work discipline have a significant effect on teacher
performance at SMAN 1 Slahung Ponorogo. Based on the test results, the coefficient of
determination of the R Square value is c0.644 or 64.4% and the remaining 35.6% is influenced
by other variables outside the research variables.
