Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and work environment on employee morale at CV. Songo-Songo Berkah, Cekok Village, Babadan District, Ponorogo.
Based on the results of the discussion in accordance with the data managed by the multiple linear regression analysis model, it is concluded that; Based on the results of the t-test of the independent variable the influence of leadership, the value of t count < t table (1.956 < 2.042) then Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no influence of leadership on employee job satisfaction. Motivation, the value of t arithmetic > t table (2.091 > 2.042) then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of motivation on employee job satisfaction. Compensation, the value of t arithmetic > t table (2.072 > 2.042) then Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no effect of Compensation on Employee Satisfaction
Meanwhile, based on the results of the F test for the dependent variable of Employee Job Satisfaction, the calculated F value > F table (6,229 > 2.87) was rejected, meaning that there was a simultaneous/simultaneous effect between leadership, motivation and compensation on employee morale.
