Abstract :
This study aims to determine the influence of the Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Motivation on Teacher Work Discipline at SMK N 2 Ponorogo, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were teachers at SMK N 2 Ponorogo, totaling ± 77 people, consisting of 50 PSN teachers and 27 non-PNS or honorary teachers. The sampling technique used by the researcher is the saturated sampling method. Multiple regression analysis method and hypothesis using t test and kf test. The results of this study indicate that partially (1) the work environment has a significant effect on the work discipline of teachers at SMK N 2 Ponorogo; (2) Organizational Culture has a significant effect on the Work Discipline of teachers at SMK N 2 Ponorogo; (3) Motivation hasia significant effection the workidiscipline of teachersiat SMK N 2 Ponorogo; (4) Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Motivation haveia significant effect on theiWork Disciplineiof teachersiat SMK N 2 Ponorogo. Based on the test results, the determination coefficient of R2 is c0.807 80.7% and the remaining 19.3% is influenced by other variables outside the research variables.
