Abstract :
This thesis is entitled Marketing Public Relations Strategy by South Korean Boygroup Seventeen Through Variety Show Going Seventeen. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing public relations strategy used by the SEVENTEEN boy group through variety shows. The method used in this study is the case study method. Data collection techniques used by researchers through data collection, interviews, and library methods. Our informants are Going SEVENTEEN viewers and SEVENTEEN fans. Based on the results of research conducted on Marketing Public Relations Strategy by South Korean Boygroup Seventeen Through the Going Seventeen Variety Show, it will be explained using marketing public relations theory consisting of Push, Pull, Pass. The results of this research are that the implementation of the marketing public relations strategy used by SEVENTEEN as a whole is successful in attracting a large number of fans. However, some things need to be improved in implementing the strategy.
