ABSTRACT
State Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Tegalombo Pacitan Regency in improving the quality of education through several quality improvement programs, including in the aspects of curriculum, facilities/ infrastructure and having a number of qualified teachers. Through the outstanding teacher assessment system, it is expected that teachers will be motivated to have the availability of quality teachers in developing themselves and their competencies. Survey taken from SMAN 1 Tegalombo Pacitan Regency, it is known that the process of evaluating outstanding teachers is still carried out using manual methods based on subjectivity, this allows outstanding teachers who are selected not in accordance with the expected standards and do not get the best candidate results. Using a Decision Support System is expected to provide the best results and simplify the selection process for selecting outstanding teachers by the Principal. The outstanding teacher selection data used is a list of job performance assessments that contain values of service orientation, work initiative, commitment, cooperation and new ideas. The method that wants to be used to overcome the problems in making decisions on the selection of outstanding teachers is the Prometheee method. The results of previous research show that the Prometheee method has advantages in the decision-making process in the form of output in the form of valid rankings.
