Abstract :
This study aims to determine the influence of the non -physical work environment, motivation, and compensation on the job satisfaction of the Syamsuna supermarket employees in Madiun Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data in the study use data from a questionnaire that was distributed with a written statement to the respondent. Then analyzed using the SPSS 25 software application. The population in the study were Syamsuna employees in Madiun Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 46 using saturated sample techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is an influence between the non -physical work environment on employee job satisfaction. (2) There is no influence between motivation on job satisfaction. (3) There is an influence between compensation on employee job satisfaction. (4) There is a simultaneous influence between the non -physical work environment, motivation, and compensation on the job satisfaction of the Madiun Regency Syamsuna Supermarkets.
