Abstract :
This study aims to analyze production quality control, analyze the quality of the production process, identify the causes of defects/damage in the production process and find out the main factors that affect quality at CV. Pillars of Deon. The sample selection was carried out using a non-probability purposeful sampling method, where CV. Rukun Deon, a roof tile producer in Wringinanom Village, Sambit District, is a sample research sample for Statistical Quality Control and Lean Six Sigma analysis. The data obtained were processed with Microsoft Excel Software to analyze data using the Statistical Quality Control and Lean Six Sigma approaches. The results of the Statistical Quality Control analysis are the production quality of CV. The tile-producing Deon pillar in the village of Wringinanom is in a controlled state. And the results of the Lean Six Sigma analysis, namely the causes of damage/defects in the production process mostly occur in the tile burning process. There are five main factors that most influence the quality of the CV. The pillars of Deon are labor, raw materials, machinery and equipment, work methods, weather conditions and the environment. This research is Descriptive Quantitative Research in which data is collected by interviewing the owner and employees directly and observing the production process on the CV. Rukun Deon produces roof tiles in Wringinanom Village, Sambit District.
