Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation, job training and work environment on job satisfaction of Bintang Swalayan Ponorogo employees. The sample used in this study were all 50 employees of Bintang Swalayan Ponorogo. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to respondents. The testing stages used include instrument testing, coefficient of determination test (R2) and hypothesis testing. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that (1) Financial Compensation has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, (2) Job Training has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, (3) Work Environment has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, (4) Financial Compensation, Job Training and Work Environment have a significant effect simultaneously on Employee Job Satisfaction.
