Abstract :
Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, organizational culture, and communication on employee motivation at the Gondorukem & Breadfruit Turpentine Factory, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data in the study used data from questionnaires which were distributed with written statements to the respondents. Then it was analyzed using the SPSS 25 software application. The population in this study were Employees of Gondorukem & Breadfruit Turpentine Factory, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 54 using saturated sample technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is an influence between the Work Environment on Employee Motivation (2) There is no influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Motivation (3) There is an influence between Communication on Employee Motivation (4) There is a simultaneous effect between Work Environment, Organizational Culture, and Communication on Employee Work Motivation at the Gondorukem & Breadfruit Turpentine Factory, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency.
