Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work facilities and employee salaries on employee loyalty (study at Gondorukem & Breadfruit Turpentine Factory, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency). The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees with a sample of 54 employees of the Gondorukem and Breadfruit Turpentine Factory, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. The results showed that: 1.) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at Gondorukem and Breadfruit Turpentine Factory. 2.) Work facilities have a positive and insignificant effect on the loyalty of Gondorukem and Breadfruit Turpentine Factory employees. 3.) Employee salaries have a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of Gondorukem and Breadfruit Turpentine Factory employees. 4.) Workload, Work Facilities, and Employee Salaries, simultaneously have a significant influence on Employee Loyalty at Gondorukem & Breadfruit Turpentine Factory.
