Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of employee loyalty, work discipline, and non-physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Solar Power Prosperous Ponorogo. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey data collection techniques using data research tools in the form of questionnaires. The data is processed from the complete answers of 70 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Employee Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (3) Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (4) Employee Loyalty, Work Discipline, and Non-Physical Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
