Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance at CV. New Tweety Magetan. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey data collection techniques using data research tools in the form of questionnaires. The data is processed from the complete answers of 60 respondents. The testing stages used include instrument testing, coefficient of determination test (R2) and hypothesis testing. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) Organizational commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on performance employee. (4) Work discipline, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
