Abstract :
This study aims to determine the Effect of Self Efficacy, Job Involvement, and Organizational Culture on Employee Commitment at PT. Solar Power Prosperous Ponorogo. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data obtained from this study were the results of distributing questionnaires with written statements to respondents and analysis using SPSS version 16 software. The population in this study were employees at PT. Prosperous Solar Power. The sample used in this study was 69 respondents using the probability sampling technique. The results in this study indicate that: 1) There is an effect of self-efficacy on employee work commitment, 2) There is an effect of job involvement on employee work commitment, 3) There is an influence of organizational culture on employee work commitment, 4) There is an effect of self-efficacy, job involvement, and organizational culture on employee work commitment.
