Abstract :
This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Stress and Work Conflict on Employee Productivity with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Kredit Plus) Ponorogo. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data from this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents at PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Kredit Plus) Ponorogo. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Kredit Plus) Ponorogo, totaling 30 people. The sample used in this study was 30 people using the saturation sampling method. The tests used in processing the data use the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Coefficient of Determination Analysis, T Test, and Path Analysis. The results of this study show that: Variables of work stress and work conflict have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Variables of work stress, work conflict, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Variables of work stress and work conflict through job satisfaction do not have a significant positive effect on work. Keywords: Work Stress, Work Conflict, Job Satisfaction, Work Productivity
