ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF CSR (CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSBILITY) ACTIVITIES OF MUHAMMADIYAH PONOROGO GENERAL HOSPITAL IN IMAGE FORMATION IN THE COMMUNITY FIKY SYAHRUL ROMADHONI 19240710 This thesis is entitled "Analysis of CSR Activities of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Hospital in Building Image in Society". This study aims to analyze the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Hospital in image formation in society. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation.The results of the study show that the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Hospital has carried out several CSR activities related to image formation in society. This involvement includes free medical services, free circumcision, and community assistance that provides diabetes. This CSR activity is expected to form a positive image of the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Hospital in the community.From the results of this study, it can be seen that the CSR activities of the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Hospital have had a positive impact on image formation in society. However, there are still some things that need to be improved in these CSR activities so that they can have an even better impact. The advice given in this study is that Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Hospital can increase CSR activities related to image formation in society and can work together with other social institutions to increase the effectiveness of these CSR activities.
