Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work environment, and organizational culture on employee motivation at PT. Solar Power Prosperous Ponorogo. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data in the study used data from questionnaires which were distributed with written statements to the respondents. Then it was analyzed using the SPSS 25 software application. The population in the study were employees of PT. Solar Power Prosperous Ponorogo. The sample in this study amounted to 70 using the random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is an influence between Job Satisfaction on Employees' Work Motivation (2) There is an influence between Work Environment on Employees' Work Motivation (3) There is an influence between Organizational Culture on Employees' Work Motivation (4) There is a simultaneous influence between Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, and Organizational Culture on Employee Motivation at PT.
