Abstract :
The results of research on the interest of private employees in participating in BPJS Health consist of 50 respondents in the city of Madiun. Private employees are people who work not tied to government agencies or state-owned enterprises who work independently or carry out business activities independently. In the city of Madiun there are already many private employees who are registered as BPJS Health participants, this is influenced by several factors, namely the amount of income they earn each month, the number of dependents that must be registered in each family, the use of BPJS health which is known by private employees, and the support of employers to provide health benefits. from the results of the study there is a significant influence between the amount of income that is above the UMR, the number of dependents in one family who feel they don't mind, satisfaction with the BPJS Health benefits provided and employers who have given their employee rights, to the interest of private employees to become BPJS participants Health.
