Abstract :
This study aims to understand the influence of the organizational environment, organizational culture and supervision on the job satisfaction of teaching staff at SMKN 1 Kismantoro. This research is of a quantitative type using 33 respondents as a sample. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using saturated sampling techniques (census). Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) using a Likert scale. Research analysis using validity test and reliability test. Furthermore, in testing the hypothesis using partial regression coefficient test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). Research shows that the organizational environment partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but organizational culture partially has no negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. In terms of partial supervision has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. On the other hand, the organizational environment, organizational culture and supervision simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of the teaching staff at SMKN 1 Kismantoro.
