Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, non-physical work environment and communication on employee performance at the Siman sub-district office, Ponorogo district. The sample in this study is an employee of the sub-district office of Ponorogo Regency. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique. Retrieval of this data by distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Siman District Office, Ponorogo Regency, 2. The non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Siman District Office, Ponorogo Regency, 3. The results of the Communist test have a significant positive effect on performance employees at the Siman District Office, Ponorogo Regency, 4. The results of testing Leadership Style , Non-Physical Work Environment , and Communication simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at the Siman District Office, Ponorogo Regency.
