Abstract :
Teacher performance is the result or level of success achieved by a teacher in his or her field of work according to certain criteria and is evaluated by leading institutions, especially school principals. There are several factors that affect teacher performance such as conflict, job saturation and job stress. This study aims to determine the effect of conflict, burnout and work stress on the performance of elementary school teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic in Siman District. The test results show that conflict has a negative and significant effect on performance, saturation has no effect and is not significant to the performance of elementary school teachers during the pandemic, work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance, 4. Overall conflict, saturation and work stress affect the performance of elementary school teachers during the pandemic in Siman District.
