WASTE RECYCLING BUSINESS STRATEGY BY MR. MOHAMMAD BAEDOWY

This thesis is entitled Plastic Waste Recycling Strategy by Mr. Mohammad Baedowy. The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out about the plastic waste recycling business strategy that can still be utilized so that it has high economic value, and can become a promising business field. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely research that is directed at providing symptoms, facts or events in a systematic and accurate manner regarding the nature of the research and analyzing the truth based on the data obtained. Data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. There were 2 informants in this study, where the first informant was the owner of the waste recycling business/business from PT Majestic Buana Group, namely Mr. Mohammad Baedowy and the second was the successor to the business/business as the son of Mr. Mohammad Baedowy, namely Rezi Firmansyah. From the results of the descriptive analysis, 4 (four) themes were obtained which were the result of the business recycling of plastic waste by Mr. Mohammad Baedowy. The themes in question are: (1) Generating understanding, (2) Generating Interest, (3) Changing Attitudes, (4) Providing Motivation. The results of the research show that plastic waste still has high economic value by recycling plastic waste, not only reducing environmental pollution but also making it a promising business. By implementing the right business strategy, the business can grow rapidly.
