Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether Reward, Organizational Climate, and Workload simultaneously affect employee morale at PT. Serba Dinamik Indonesia. The population in this study were all employees of PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia, totaling 51 employees in the company. The use of samples uses theory from Arikunto (2012: 104) if the total population is less than 100 people, then the total sample is taken as a whole, but if the population is greater than 100 people, then 10-15% or 20-25% of the total population can be taken . The number of samples in this study were 51 employees at PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research type with primary data derived from distributing questionnaires. All data collected in this study were analyzed using a multiple linear regression analysis model with the SPSS program. The stages in this study include descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
