Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of information technology, hardiness and organizational culture on employee performance at the Lembeyan District Health Center. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees with a sample of 46 employees at the Lembeyan District Health Center. The results of this study indicate that: 1.) Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Lembeyan District Health Center. With that shows that the use of good information technology will have a good impact on achieving employee performance. 2.) Hardiness has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Lembeyan District Health Center. This shows that the higher the hardiness in an employee, the better the employee's performance will be. 3.) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Lembeyan District Health Center. This means that the organizational culture in the Lembeyan District Health Center has an influence on employee performance. 4.) Simultaneously, information technology, hardiness, and organizational culture affect employee performance at the Lembeyan District Health Center.
