Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence, Support Team Work and Interpersonal Communication on Teacher Performance at MAN 2 Ponorogo. The sample in this study were 80 teachers of MAN 2 Ponorogo. The testing stages used include instrument testing, coefficient of determination testing and hypothesis testing. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Emotional Intelligence has a positive effect of (2.661) and is significant (0.009 <0.05) on Teacher Performance, (2) Support Team Work has a positive effect of (2.017) and is significant (0.047 <0.05) on Teacher Performance, (3) Interpersonal Communication has a positive effect of (3.170) and significant (0.002 <0.05) on Teacher Performance. (4) Emotional Intelligence, Support Team Work and Interpersonal Communication simultaneously have a positive effect of (20,436) and significant (0.000 <0.05) on Teacher Performance.
