Abstract :
The aim this research to see Effect of Worklife Balance, Work Stress and Workload on Turnover Intention of Employees of PT. Solar Power Prosperous Ponorogo. Quantitative is the type of research used. Respondents in the study were employees of PT. Daya Surya Sejahtera Ponorogo with a total of 77 people. The coefficient of determinate, multiple linear regresion, F test, t test as well are used as analytical methods. The conclusion is that: (1) Worklife balance has positive influence of (2.025) and is significant (0.047 <0.05) on Turnover Intention, (2) Work Stress has positive influence of (2.266) and is significant (0.026 <0.05) on Turnover Intention, (3) Workload has positive infleunce of (2.048) and is significant (0.044 <0.05) on Turnover Intention, (4) Worklife Balance, Work Stress and Workload simultaneously have a positive effect of (10.609) and significant ( 0.000 <0.05) on Turnover Intention.
