Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership Transformational, Employee Engagement and Work Environment Against Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Transmart Carrefour Madiun Branch). This research is a quantitative research. Deep sample In this study, 50 employees of PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Transmart Carrefour Madiun Branch). Stages of testing used in research This includes instrument tests, classic assumption tests, coefficient of determination tests and tests hypothesis. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Results this study shows that: (1) Transformational Leadership has a positive effect of (2.839) and a significant value (0.007 <0.05) on Job Satisfaction, (2) Employee Engagement has a positive effect of (2.180) and significant value (0.034 <0.05) on Job Satisfaction, (3) Work Environment positive effect of (2.399) and a significant value (0.021 <0.05) of Job Satisfaction, (4) Transformational Leadership, Employee Engagement and The work environment simultaneously or together has a positive effect of (11.519) and a significant value (0.000 <0.05) on job satisfaction.
