Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of Internal Control, HR Competence, Work Environment and Individual Characteristics on Employee Performance at Regional Bank Perumda BPR Madiun Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires. Data collection by distributing questionnaires was distributed to employees of PERUMDA BPR Madiun Regency Regional Bank. Analysis of the data used in this study with the validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, t test, and f test. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination which is processed using SPSS version 22. The results of this study are internal control, HR competence, work environment and individual characteristics affect employee performance at Perumda BPR Regional Bank Madiun Regency Keywords: Internal Control, HR Competence, Work Environment, Individual Characteristics, Employee Performance.
