Abstract :
Believed that business sector competition has increased at the moment, which has resulted in the development of numerous novel concepts and innovations. As a result, the goal of this study was to determine how competence, experience, and intrinsic motivation affect entrepreneurs in the Gundik District's capacity for innovation. Multiple linear analysis and quantitative methods based on primary data were carried out in this study with the help of the SPSS 20 application. Members in this study were 47 entrepreneurs in Gundik Locale. Competence, experience, and intrinsic motivation are all positively correlated with innovation capacity, according to the findings of the study. Therefore, if there is a positive correlation in the sense that the influence of competence, experience, and intrinsic motivation will increase the ability of entrepreneurs to innovate,
