Abstract :
Appearance online games is part from development technology , teenagers Now more often play online games as means entertainment compared to with such other activities sport or play with Friend peers , playing with high intensity would make teenagers experience addicted online games. Yoga improves stability body and mind , promoting release emotional and regulatory self, which plays role important in the process of reducing addicted . Study This aim For know the influence of yoga on addicted online games for teenagers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo .
Research Design use pre- experiment with one group pre and post without control . Population this study is tenth grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo as many as 194 peoples. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling with amount sample 19 respondents with online game addiction .Analysis of data using Wilcoxon sign rank test with level significance <0.05.
The results showed before yoga intervention there were 6 respondents (31.6%) with level addicted moderate and 13 respondents (68.4%) with level addicted mild , after yoga intervention there were 7 respondents (36.8%) with level addicted mild and 12 respondents (63.2%) did not addicted . Statistical test results obtained p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05) then can concluded There is an effect of yoga on reducing addicted online games in teenagers .
