Abstract :
The dynamic development of the banking business in Indonesia has led to a higher level of competition among banks, both in terms of product innovation, service standards, development of technology systems and other banking services. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, perceived usefulness and e-banking on customer satisfaction at BRI Ponorogo (Survey of BRI User Management Students at the University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo).
The sample is management students who use BRI at the University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo using the snowball sampling technique and a sample of 85 respondents. The analysis used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. This research results in (1) There is an Influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of BRI Ponorogo (2) There is an Influence of Perceived Usefulness on Customer Satisfaction of BRI Ponorogo (3) There is an Influence of E -Banking on BRI Ponorogo Customer Satisfaction (4) There is an Influence of Service Quality, Perceived Usefulness and E-Banking on BRI Ponorogo Customer Satisfaction
