Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether Entrepreneurial Competence, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Digital Marketing influence the Performance of the Shoe Laundry Service Business in Ponorogo Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using primary data by distributing questionnaires to 65 shoe laundry business people in Ponorogo district and secondary data from published articles in journals, theoretical books according to several expert opinions and the internet. The sampling method uses the formula Hair et al. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling with snowball sampling technique.
The results of the study prove that: 1. The entrepreneurial competency variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on business performance (Y). 2. The variable entrepreneurial orientation (X2) has a significant positive effect on business performance (Y). 3. The digital marketing variable (X3) has a significant positive effect on business performance (Y). 4. Variables of Entrepreneurial Competence (X1), Entrepreneurial Orientation (X2), Digital Marketing (X3) simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Business Performance (Y) for shoe laundry services in Ponorogo Regency.
