Abstract :
It is important for all managers to understand that employees are a form of organizational resource that can enhance the organization's comparative advantage. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture, Transformational Leadership, and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at PR Tunas Mandiri in Pacitan district. The sample consisted of 67 production division employees from PR Tunas Mandiri in Pacitan Regency using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Organizational Culture variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PR Tunas Mandiri in Pacitan Regency, 2) Transformational Leadership variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PR Tunas Mandiri in Pacitan Regency, 3 ) Employee Engagement variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PR Tunas Mandiri in Pacitan Regency, 4) Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership, and Employee Engagement variables jointly have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PR Tunas Mandiri in Pacitan Regency.
