Abstract :
An employee's performance can be said to be good if the employee can carry out and fulfill his duties and obligations, so that an employee who has good performance can contribute to the development and progress of the company. This study aims to determine the Effect of Mentoring, Work Facilities and Working Hours on Employee Performance (Study at PT. Kapitol Era Mas, South Tangerang). The sample in this research is 31 respondents. The testing stages used include instrument testing, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing. and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study: (1) Mentoring has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.048 <0.05. (2) Work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.012 <0.05. (3) Working hours have a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a significant 0.045 <0.05. (4) Mentoring, work facilities and working hours simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.
