Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of creativity, motivation and entrepreneurial skills in increasing the success of a clothing seller's business in traditional markets. The population of this study were clothing traders in traditional markets, and the samples used were 96 respondents.i The iresults of this study showed an effect in promoting the success of apparel retailers in the traditional market, as indicated by the imultiple iregression results. , namely Y = 3.661 + 0.448X1 + 0.427X2 + 0.268 X3 + e. From the partial test results of the creativity variable in increasing business success, it is obtained t value = 2.242> 1.986, the motivational variable in increasing business success is obtained t value = 2.966> 1.986, and the entrepreneurial skills variable in increasing business success is obtained t value = 2.037> 1.986 , this shows that partially the uvariables of creativity, motivation iand entrepreneurial skills have a positive and significant influence in increasing the success of a clothing seller's business in the traditional market. The results of ithe iF itest obtained the value of F count > F table (27.654> 2.70) with a probability level (0.000 <0.05). The results obtained ifrom the ivaluei of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.474 means that creativity, motivation and entrepreneurial skills can increase the success of the business of clothing traders in traditional markets, amounting to 47.4%i and ithe iremaining 52.6% is explained by other variables outside the research.
