Abstract :
Abstrac: This thesis is entitled Asset Inventory Management of Gabel Village, Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency. The purpose of this research is to understand how to manage asset inventory properly and correctly and also to minimize village assets. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with the data collection process using interview and documentation methods. Informants who provide information related to the management of village asset inventories are the village asset inventory team including the village head, village secretary, and head of planning affairs of Gabel Village. The results of this study can be explained that in implementing the management of village asset inventory must have 6 variables including policy standards and objectives, policy resources, characteristics of policy implementers, attitudes or dispositions of implementers, inter-organizational communication, and external environmental conditions. In managing the inventory of village assets must go through four stages including the preparation stage of preparing documents and planning, the implementation stage, which is the stage of a series of village asset data collection activities, the identification stage, which is the stage after the data collection or recording is completed, and the last is the stage of reporting the management of the inventory of village assets to the district government through the sub-district. In managing the inventory of village assets, there are also obstacles or constraints experienced by the asset inventory team, namely negligence in entering assets into the asset inventory book.
