Abstract :
The Village Government is the Village Head and Village Apparatus as elements of organizing the village government. The Village Head has duties and obligations, one of which is to carry out village development. One of the developments that has been carried out in Pudak Wetan Village is the development of drainage infrastructure. Infrastructure development is a series consisting of several physical buildings, each of which is interrelated and interdependent on one another. The type of research conducted in this thesis is a qualitative study or field study. This is done by using a systematic approach in making observations, collecting data, analyzing information, and reporting the results. This research was conducted in Pudak Wetan Village, Pudak Sub-district. In this study, the informant selection method used was purposive sampling technique. The result of this study is that the background of the construction of drainage in Pudak Wetan Village is that most of the livelihoods of Pudak people are dairy farmers. However, the amount of drainage in this village is still lacking. So that the disposal of dairy cattle manure in this village is not smooth/causes unpleasant odors. As an implication of the existence of services to the community in Pudak Wetan Village, Pudak Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency and the village government's steps to deal with existing problems, the village government through the village fund budget mechanism carries out the construction of drains which aim to provide smooth daily activities and facilitate the disposal of dairy cattle manure.
