Abstract :
Publication activity as a disseminating information between as institution and audiences. Every publication activity is influential to the wish image which created by audiences. Lazismu Ponorogo as a philanthropy institution requires audience role to reach the institution goals, need to to pay attention publication activity so the image which given by audience appropriate with institution wish image. That wish imgae can be create with official instagram social media by Lazismu Ponorogo. According to that matter, researches are interested in researching analysis of publication activities which been done by Lazismu Ponorogo through instagram social media to create wish image 4C theory by Chris Heurer is used to identify publication activity and Wish Image theory by Frank Jefkins is used for identify wish image. A qualitative approach is used for this research. In depth interviews, observation, and documenting techniques were used in the data collection procedure. The heads of Lazismu Ponorogo, head of media and publication management, followers of @lazismuponorogo.officil Instagram account, and work partners are the research?s informants. The result oh this analysis publication activity by Lazismu Ponorogo through of Instagram aocial media to create wish image is appropriate with 4c theory by Chris Heurer and Wish Image theory by frank Jefkins, so the image which has been create is Lazismu Ponorogo as a trusted and accountable institution.
