Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community satisfaction with public facilities, namely the Magetan type B terminal. The approach in this research is Qualitative Research. According to Bogdan and Taylor, Qualitative Research is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written and oral narratives from the people or behavior observed.
The results of this study are data analysis and field observations that have been carried out. It is hoped that this research can be used for the Magetan Type B Terminal as a source of information regarding the benefits of Passenger Satisfaction with the Magetan Type B terminal facilities. With adequate facilities and excellent service, passengers or people who use the Magetan B type terminal service will feel satisfied and give a positive impression which is certainly very beneficial for both service providers, officers and service users themselves.
