Abstract :
This research aims to determine and explain the influence of work motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction on work commitment among employees of Indomaret, Ponorogo City Branch. This research method is quantitative.
The population in this study were employees of the Ponorogo city branch of Indomaret. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The number of samples is 24 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear analysis techniques.
The results of this research show that: (1) work motivation has a partially positive and significant effect on work commitment (2) organizational culture has a partially positive and significant effect on work commitment (3) job satisfaction has a partially positive and significant effect on work commitment (4) ) work motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work commitment.
