Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of the entrepreneurial spirit, access to capital and entrepreneurial competence on the interest in entrepreneurship partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were pre-retired civil servants, elementary school teachers in Bungkal district, with a sample size of around 100 respondents. The research sample collection method uses purposive sampling. This study uses primary data which is distributed online via Google form. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that partially the entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial competence have a positive effect. Meanwhile, access to capital has a negative effect on entrepreneurial interest. Simultaneously the entrepreneurial spirit, access to capital and entrepreneurial competence jointly influence the interest in entrepreneurship. This is very good, by increasing the entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial competence, one's interest in entrepreneurship will also increase. Therefore, the variables of entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial competence are always being improved.
