Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed through three related activities, namely: data reduction activities, data display and verification to draw conclusions.
The results of this study indicate that in the aspects of lesson planning and assessment, educators are able to understand learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives, learning goal flow (ATP) through the school MGMP. At the stage of implementing learning and assessment, educators have implemented a differentiated learning approach. However, at the stage of processing and reporting the results of the assessment, there is still a need for a review regarding the use of diagnostic assessments and writing narrative descriptions on report cards. Whereas the implementation of the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile has several stages, namely planning by appointing a project facilitator class teacher in making modules and selecting themes, the implementation and evaluation stages involve subject educators, external trainers and the business/industry world.
