PENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN UMKM DI DESA BRINGINAN

Abstract :
ABSTRACT The purpose of BUMDes itself is to create opportunities to create businesses for the community, reduce poverty, increase the village?s original income, encourage economic growth for the community to be prosperous, and open up creative and innovative jobs. Based on the description of the background above, the formulation of the problem to be raised in this study is 1. What is the role of BUMDesa in increasing MSME income in Bringinan Village? 2. What are the BUMDesa efforts to increase MSME income in Bringinan Village? This type of research uses qualitative methods, the data used are primary data and secondary data. In research Qualitative research, the researcher alone or with the help of others, is a primary data collection tool. Researchers interact with respondents or other objects because they better understand the condition of the phenomenon carried out in the place where the research is carried out. Bumdes Margo Mulyo carries out its role as a village institution in increasing community income, one of which is in the MSME sector. Here, the Bumdes takes a form of cooperation with the UMKM of Bringinan Village, such as the UMKM of flower pot crafts and the UMKM of quail egg farming. In collaboration, Bumdes Margo Mulyo provides its own place for marketing MSME products. So SMEs do not need to think about how to sell the products they live. Bumdes Margo Mulyo also provides facilities in the form of training on making packaging for UMKM products in Bringinan Village. Apart from that, Bumdes also creates a kind of economic power through creative economic ventures such as making tempeh, village superior products, etc. The Bringinan Village Government also provides a lot of training such as training in welding, making snacks, carpentry, driving courses, planting butterfly pea flowers, sewing, etc. This is useful for providing expertise in the community. The training provided by the village government can already be felt by the community in improving their economy such as mothers in Bringinan Village making snack cakes and then the products are entrusted to Bringinan Mart or sold to the market, then teenagers from Bringinan Village who have attended welding training have also apply this expertise and serve as a source of their livelihood. In Bringinan Village, there are 2 village superior products, namely tofu dregs crackers and butterfly pea flower tea for alternative medicine Keywords: Bumdes Margo Mulyo, UMKM, Bringinan Village Government
