Fitria Nur Alfiani. Cultivation Of Independent Character In 5-6 Year Old Children Based On The Profile Of Pancasila Student at Dharma Wanita Pinggirsari Kindergarten. Thesis. Early Childhood Education Study Program. Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University. Supervisor 1st Hadi Cahyono, M.Pd., Supervisor 2nd Nurtina Irsad Rusdiani, M.Pd. This research aims: (1) to find out the cultivation oof independent character in student at Dharma Wanita Pinggirsari Kindergarten. (2) to find out the obstacles faced in the process of instilling independent character in student at Dharma Wanita Pinggirsari Kindergarten. This research is a qualitative research by covering teachers and students of Dharma Wanita Pinggirsari Kindergarten. In this study, the data collection techniques that researchers used were interview techniques to group B teachers, observations to all students and documents related to research at Dharma Wanita Pinggirsari Kindergarten. Furthermore, summarizing the data by selecting the main things, focusing on important things that are in accordance with the research topic. The next step is to present the data. In presenting the data, this research is with narrative text. The final step in analyzing qualitative research is drawing conclusions. The results of the research in the process of instilling independent character in students at Dharma Wanita Pinggirsari Kindergarten found that the independent character in students is quite good. There are also obstacles faced and efforts made in instilling independent character in students at Dharma Wanita Pinggirsari Kindergarten.
