Abstract :
This study ?aims to determine the company'sperformance and the influence of intellectual capital, managerial ownership,and institutional ownership on the company's performance. Researchers in measuring the company's performance using the ROA method? (Return on Asset). The ?goal of shareholders is to achieve maximum profit, while the goal of shareholders is to improve the company?s performance and achieve better? corporate. The ?population in this study was 45 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Based on purposive sampling samples obtained by 21? companies. The ?data used is secondary data. The data analysis method uses a scripted statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis with a significant rate of? 0.05.The ?independent variables in this study are intellectual capital, managerial ownership and instutusional? ownership. While the ?dependent variable in this study was the? company's. Intellectual capital ?results partially affect the performance of the company this means that all stakeholders do the best to maximize the company's welfare, managerial ownership has no effect on the performance of the company because the performance of the manager as a shareholder has not been able to manage the company optimally and partial institutional ownership has no effect on the company's performance this means that the institution in conducting supervision does not get good information from the management, while the results of intellectual capital research, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership affect simultaneously on the company's? performance. The adjust R Square value of 0.302 indicates all three variables to explain the company's performance of 30.2% while the remaining 60.8% is explained by other variables.
